iF design awards reflect the current trends in design and the economics of well-designed items.
The award ceremony will take place on 28.2.2014 as part of a festive event. Subsequently, elneos five and elneos connect will be on display in a special exhibition from 4 October 2014 to 15 February 2015 in the middle of the new HafenCity. The design metropolis Hamburg offers a particularly attractive attraction for the media and professional world as well as for the design and architecture interested public.
For 60 years, iF has stood for the perfect combination of design and business. What started out as a "special showcase for industrial products" in 1953 at the Hanover Exhibition Center, became an international design center based in the city center of Hanover with exhibitions worldwide. The original association, iF Industrie Forum Design e.V., is supported by iF International Forum Design GmbH, which organizes all iF competitions, in particular the three main competitions iF product design award, iF communication design award and iF packaging design award.
